Privacy and verification
What a public check shows
Issuer, credential title and type, recipient display name, course, relevant dates, unique credential ID, validity state and any optional skills or duration captured at issuance.
What remains private
Email addresses, phone numbers, internal notes, evidence, audit events and signature or stamp assets are never returned by public verification. There is no searchable public recipient directory.
PDF access
Public PDF download is disabled by default. Authorized staff may enable it for a specific credential. Imported originals remain unchanged; a separate cover sheet carries the verification QR.
Permanent verification record
Every issued credential keeps a permanent verification record. Expired, revoked, and superseded credentials remain checkable at the same verification URL. A correction creates a new credential and links it to the original instead of erasing history.
